That photo needs an award for the most refreshing tail 'o the cock. Hello, crave!

I thoroughly enjoyed today's music and poetry. The bi-symmetry I made of mention to William Blake surface a dream I had two nights in a row. It was an erotic homosexual scene where I was observer. I won't get into details, like anyone would want to know, but the poetry was moving and evoked memory.

Road trip music? It depends on the length of the trip. Like a story, beginning, middle and end, I start out with Roxy Music Avalon. It's bold emotional frontier invites the changes and unexpected during the journey flourished with touches of romance, perfect with a life companion, in which case I am not the sole decider, but open to whatever the other half of the orange enhances. So it can be a combination of : (Enter partner's name) and what I mentioned.

At the middle some Van Morrison, "Someone Like you," with "Into the Mystic" and a mix of tracks from No Teacher, No Guru, No Method.

Ending or continuing with a mix of some eighties music, to uphold the energy. The Human League, Utopia with Todd Rundgren, some female jazz & blues high energy Etta & Nina "SIMONE . . . " and light FM Steely Dan, Aja album, and some openness music to the opened doors of our car into our destination, playful Louis Armstrong jazz and less serious to soften and embrace the place we encounter. This is "my" selection a partner's selection would be welcomes wholeheartedly.

I guess it's from my salad days in Los Angeles (where I first learned to drive the LA freeways in my little, blue 68 VW bug with an automatic stick shift) that I've always been partial to The Doors "LA Woman" as great road music. There's nothing like hitting 80 mph on PCH with the wind whipping through your hair while Jim is crooning "city of night, city of night, city of night!"

So you're into The Doors? Are you a Doors fan? Because Doors fans aren't made, they're BORN! ;-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xillqqt0Y0

Favorite Road Trip Music . . . every album from David Bowie's "Golden Decade," in order, starting with 1970's The Man Who Sold the World and ending with 1980's Scary Monsters. A perfect journey.

Great choice(s)! His album Lodger is absolutely brilliant road music, especially the song "Move On," which could be our theme song!

Absolutely. The entire first side of Lodger is THE Bowie-Eno travel suite.

This is so obvious, but at the start of every road trip I'm singing "On the Road Again" by Willie Nelson. From there on it's listening to the golden oldies from the 60's & 70's.

It's obvious for a reason . . . because it's so good! That's why we titled our article on Monday "On the Road Again!"

Oooh! Let's not forget The Highwaymen, Speaking of Willie!
