Loved this Ryan and Ryan. Could see you guys in my mind's eye having this conversation, sitting around the table with glasses of wine in hand. Favorite moment, Ryan justifying dining in this amazingly intimate restaurant in Languedoc (Robert Rodriguez) and ordering the "crudite" as a reformed vegetarian :)
I am crying right now (out of happiness) because I was on two of your Languedoc tours and experienced those restaurants. What fun, fun memories!
