omg! It doesn't seem like all of that can be portable. I am blown away and of course wondering what would be essential to me. I did a mini-version last winter where I airbnb'd in WA and a PIZZA PAN ended up becoming part of my gear.
We were laughing out loud at ourselves as we actually went around the apartment taking inventory. It's crazy how you hone your packing skills when you've been doing it as long and as much as we have. Hmmm...pizza pan...we might have to add that one to the list!
