Yes! I agree 100% with your statement and am so grateful to have the Aesthetic Arrest to look forward to each week. My advice to folks right now: Your mental health is sacred. Practice being present as often as possible, focus on knowledge gathering that isn’t news media, get outside, join a solution-oriented group (Indivisible is a good one), water your relationships.

I purposely shut off all news media this past week and worked on art projects. It has been a healing time & necessary for my mental health. Keep on doing what you are doing--I am educating myself weekly through your positive podcasts.

Your opening statement was absolutely beautifully and so needed right now.

Evening land Vineyard is an hour from Eugene! Can’t wait to check them out in the spring when we can sit outside and drink wine again.

I had not heard that Quincy Jones died. What a loss to music, to culture.

Loved hearing about the music festival and block party in Skopje!

Thank you Cheryl! You will love the wines from Evening Land Vineyards. I've never actually been there, so you'll have to let us know what it's like to visit there. And yes, Quincy...such a titan of music. The wine festival in Skopje was awesome. You would have LOVED it!
