Oh my! It's a cherry coke! My favorite and it's been a while. The Turkish potato dish really looks good. It's almost like the Tortilla Española, same method, but I think the ricotta alone would be better, maybe Gruyere.
The cherry coke was delicious and had a great little kick to it! And the Turkish hash browns were really tasty. I used a mix of feta and some Albanian hard cheese (very similar to Gruyere actually). Haven't had a Tortilla Española in forever. Maybe I need to make that next!

Thank you. That avocado recipe was taught to me by a guy from Oaxaca, his family eats it this way and no matter how much I make, it's NEVER enough! So make a lot of it, the disappointment of running out is greater than the joy of the first taste- in my opinion.
