One of my absolute favorite culinary delights is Duck à l'Orange. I’ve gobbled up this delectable dish more times than I can count, here in France and elsewhere around the globe. However, for this recipe, I’ve created my own take, which combines the traditional French version with a marinade influenced by my love of Chinese five spice and Beijing/Peking duck. The result is something I hope you and your holiday dinner guests will find particularly revelatory and tremendously nectarean!
